Canon EOS 5d mark II FIRST SHOTS

I've had the camera for a couple of days now, and the quality of the images are mind boggling. The same ISO settings in my Nikon d300 would render an image unusable, yet with the 5d it's a welcome addition of grain. Everything below is at 1600 ISO w/ the 35mm f/1.4L lens. I've been messing with the video to, I'll post a quick video soon to accompany this.
(no the white balance is not off).
